Homer has been exhibiting with Causey Contemporary (formerly Ch’i Contemporary Fine Art) since the beginning of the gallery in 1999. He has had three solo exhibitions with Causey Contemporary, and has been in several group shows. He has been represented by Tracy Causey-Jeffery, the owner and director of Causey Contemporary since she opened her first gallery, The Finer Side, in Salisbury, Maryland. Homer had four solo exhibitions at The Finer Side.

Homer’s last solo show at Causey Contemporary was in 2006, titled “Biloxi is Baghdad,” (see Katrina Relief Sculptures). It was his personal, aesthetic response to the destruction, despair and reconstruction that he experienced in Biloxi, Mississippi months after Hurricane Katrina slammed the Gulf Coast.
